I feel like writing

Nothing much to say really.

BUT TO THOSE THAT ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING MY KNITTED STUFF, I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I GET CLOSER TO GETTING THAT DONE! LET ME KNOW WHAT COLORS YOU WANT!

I had a good meeting with my faculty today. She mentioned that my writing has good sense of voice while still sounding academic. This is good. I take great pride in my writing. Although there's always room for improvement. I had some amazing writing teachers in the past. Hopefully more in the future?

I'm supposed to mail out my sister's clarinet today. I'm tired and kind of have to poooo so I'll wait on going out.

I rediscovered the greatness that is peanut butter and honey sandwiches on wheat bread. Michael suggested cinnamon as well. YUM!!! I've had three in the past 24 hours!!! SO GOOD! I want more tacos. Michael makes mean tacos! We have all the ingredients except tortillas. I MADE THE MOST AMAZING CHICKEN SOUP LAST NIGHT! Completely from scratch this time. I always thought that the chicken soups that I've made with chicken stock always kinda tasted weird. So this time I didn't add any, but made my own. Truly what I look for in a chicken soup. Definitely will be progressing further with this one. YUM! I am definitely a soup person, which reminds me!!! I made a killer lentil tomato soup. It was INCREDIBLY easy. It was really good!!!! I made this to take with me on a school field trip because I wanted something warm (my Thermos food container is seriously a Godsend. It really does keep food HOT for 6+ hours!!!). It was really good with a turkey bologna sandwich with dried cranberries, green leaf lettuce and mayo on herb bread. MMMMM!!! Now I want that, dammit!! Anyway... here's the recipe (I didn't actually measure, but I think this is about 80% accurate!):

1 cup dried lentils (I used black, but any would work except red)
1 28 oz can of diced/crushed whatever tomatoes
1 cup of water
Cumin and Sage to taste
I added the lentils, tomatoes and water until heated then I added the cumin (about 1 tablespoon) and sage (about 1 tsp) and cooked until the lentils were tender.

I'm going to make a vegan banana cake because we have a bunch (haha, literally) of very overripe bananas. I want to make it vegan so I can share it with my fellow co-op worker people. Not employees, because I'm not an employee. They are. Anyway. But I need flour and vegan margarine. I have neither. Ugh. I don't want to go out !!! :( :( I just want to stay home and be lazy. BAH! Eventually I will have to venture out. Just not right now ;D!
