I know I've been talking big a long time about buying a house and getting out of my parent's hair. Its just a big scary step that I don't really want to take by myself. But, Aaron's mom has told me about all the different home buying assistance programs in the state.

After this hurricane passes, I'm going to give the realtor a call and see if I can go look at it. Because that house is CHEAP. They're old houses, but most in that neighborhood run 150k+. I think it doesn't have a bathroom... or something. SOMETHING is wrong... I just wanted to share. Cause I'm kinda excited!
