1# Holden
When Holden was driving his Horse near the Pond he heard a familiar giggle. He drove over to say hello to his son. But as he moved closer he could see that he was not alone. He saw the new man in his life sitting next to Luke watching the sun going down. He remembered Luke telling him that he enjoys every short encounter he has with Reid because the doctor is a very busy man. He was glad to see them spending the day together. When he came closer he saw Luke lean closer to Reid and say "I am so glad you took the afternoon of just to come with me to my check up today. I alway's go alone but it was great to hold your hand when we got the test results back. Thank you"
When Holden saw Reid shrug his shoulders and say "I would not be able to concentrate on my patients until I knew your kidney is still working well so it made sense to take the afternoon off." he took it open himself to turn his horse around and not let the couple know he witnessed their brief encounter. He was glad to see that his son was in good hands indeed.
2# Lily
When Lily was walking to the front door of her house carrying groceries she had a brief encounter with Doctor Olivier. He had just rang the doorbell but immediately turned to her "Good afternoon Mrs Walsh. May I help you with your bags." She always assumed the doctor was a rude man but he appeared to be sincere in offering his help. What definitely made her warm up to him was the smile that came on his face when the door opened while she was handing him the groceries and Luke appeared. The face turning to her son was showing such warm feelings toward her precious first born that she would not mind meeting him for a longer encounter next.
The smile Luke gave her as she asked "Will you be joining us for dinner today doctor Olivier" was really worthwhile to.

When Faith opened the front door of her mothers house to go back to the farm after baby sitting her younger siblings she walked out to her big brother make out in front of her with the funny doctor. "Ugh get a room" she said as pushed past them. "Your sister is smart" she heard the doctor say. When she heard her big brother laugh she started thinking how special it was to hear her brother laugh with a boyfriend. She was glad to have this short encounter. Even though seeing anyone in your family make out is gross off course.

She was walking into her house very early. She was supposed to still be out on a date with Chris leaving Jacob with Barbara and Henry for the night. But Chris was being annoying again. She wanted to have a serious talk about why he kept his illness a secret from her. He just said "What does it matter now, I am fine. Do you want to skip desert here and go to my place for some sugar". So she chose to come home alone instead. As she opened the door she saw some swift movement on the couch and someone running into Reid his room. Reid just was pulling his trousers up and picking up their shirts. "Are you ok blondie. I did not expect you to be home so soon".
"I got that from Luke his reaction. I am fine. I just did not want to spend my evening with Chris anymore. Please tell your boyfriend that he is welcome to stay tonight. I will be wearing my ear plugs". Reid said thanks and gave here a kiss on the cheek and told her she deserved better before he followed his young man.
Katie got herself ready for bed wondering how long it will take before Luke would get used to her walking in on them making out on the couch. It definitely wasn't the first time. She assumed it would not be the last.
