i invented this diet!!!!... and i'm losing 2 lbs per day!!!....
and is actually decreasing my apetitte.. today i didn't had breakfast, ate the granola bar.... then for lunch had like 250 cals i was forced to =(... or my mates were gonna call my trainers (they r so amd at me.. bc they want me to eat more).... anyways i'm having one portion of iced coffee nothing more.. bc i'm not hungry at all

breakfast: iced banana milk (80-95 cals)
11 o'clock:  granola bar... (80cals)
lunch: veggies(150 cals) or an apple(90 cals) with something else to make the 150... can be another diet granola bar
dinner (before 7pm): iced coffee (u can have 1 or 2 portions) (1 portion 35- 2 portions are 70)

total intake: varies

after dinner u gotta excersice and burn 150 cals, or less if u ate less

for makin it
-iced banana milk
half a really big banana = 65 cals [half small one is like 45 cals]
100 ml milk = 33 cals
12-14 medium or small ice cubes = 0
sweetener = 0 cals
total cals= varies, 78-98

-iced coffee (2 portions)
coffee = 8 cals
200 ml milk = 66 cals
24-28 medium or small, ice cubes = 0
sweetener = 0
total cals = varies 1 portion 35, 2 portions 70

Scientific Explaination...xD  for the iced drinks....
1: you will burn alot of cals by digestin it.
2: your body will get colder, so it will burn cals tryin to warm itself
3: the excersice will burn more cals than u had in the dinner.. so u will burn fat
4:alot of meals in the morning make your metabolism damn faster!!, if u skip the 11 o'C meal... at lunch u will absorve all the cals... and later u will have more hunger, and actually your stomach will growl before each meal...., maybe it won't before dinner... but the cals intake is almost nothing and u need them for excersicing..

** i suggest after doing this diet before a fast.. bc this diet increase your metabolism so.. for the fast you will lose weight faster!...
