(no subject)
For the first time in a very very long time it is raining here. So, I'm not doing anything but watching movies. :)
I went to awards night last week and won a gold award for one of my campaigns. This was rather exciting, if a little unexpected and overwhelming. The ads I won a gold for were for Hedonism Resorts. And uh, well you can get an idea what they were about. Regardless, I'm proud of myself. :D
My brother was in town this past weekend. It was VERY good to see him and spend time with him. We didn't kill each other, which with us, is always a plus. haha. And I got to show him the school, and the beach and the nightlife...I think he had a good time.
I have lots that I want to do over break. I've done none of it so far except for the party, watch movies & read portion. Oh I did re-write some lines that I felt needed to be re-written...so that's good. I still have a whole other week to do the rest of it.
I'm waiting on my class schedule for next quarter. I'm hoping I won't have a class everyday like this past quarter. I cannot believe I've been doing this for 9 months already. And I cannot believe in a little over 2 months I will be in Europe. wee! I have a lot to do, besides my school work. At least my book is in order and on the web for the 4th quarter review which happens about 3 weeks into the quarter. I'm very happy with how much good work I got out of this past quarter. I'm hoping my 4th quarter is just as plentiful in work.
