Updateyness
FNW was quite a bit of fun, possibly the most fun I've had at one lately. Got in some GREAT dances with some of my favorite partners, and got to see the hot Australian towards the end of the night, and even danced quite a few dances with him (including the last waltz). We ended up going out for food afterwards, which was quite a bit of fun and didn’t get home till rather late.
I still miss James, cant help it, sadly don’t think my heart is going to change its mind any time soon. But I had way too much fun with the Auzzie, so maybe he can take my mind off of James a bit? I hope so. I need a nice distraction.
It feels great to be home in Southern California. I drove here in about 6.5 hours yesterday morning/afternoon, and met my mother and sister at Victoria Gardens (a huge outside mall) since they were there shopping for my sister's graduation dress. My mother ended up getting me a few things as well (including my first pair of skinny jeans, and an awesome pair of red high heals, oooh), which was lovely since I haven’t had new clothes in I don’t know how long. It was fun getting to walk around with them and see my sister act all grown up (ok, kinda). I miss them so much when I'm not home. From there we came home and watched "Fido" which was REALLY funny. Sleeping on the couch (no matter how comfy it is) sucked, didn’t get much sleep. How I've missed the heat down here, it feels so good! Their kittens have gotten so HUGE!! The little girl looks like a full grown cat, and the little boy could eat a small dog (he takes up my entire torso!) and they’re the cutest things ever. I’ll be going over to my step-dad’s place tonight for a bbq and darts and then my sister’s graduation tomorrow. I feel more relaxed already being down here, it’s amazing.
