I slipped on the ice today and instead of letting myself fall (which I should have) I automatically tried to catch myself and cricked out my back. Shit

Also, my contact is putting some weird pressure on my eye and is uncomfortable. But it feels better than the headache I get from my glasses so I'm stuck.
