Doctor today.
I need to make a to-do list before I forget what I'm suppossed to be doing...
Went to the doctor today...follow up blood work, my regular three month shot for muscle cramping, was suppossed to get cortisone injections but instead they are going to schedule me with a doctor who will puncture me with needles for half and hour at a time over several sessions injecting lidocaine. If it works he said he'll set me up with actupuncture...I'm remembering that stupid electromyography test with all those needles and can't see how needles can be good. Been having those vomiting migraines and am getting new meds for them tomorrow, the pharmacy didn't have them in stock, been needing my cane lately too.
I'll update when the blood work gets back, we're rechecking the potassium to see if my cardiac aresst risk has gone down as well as my stupid cholesterol.
I got an awesome cook book from my dad about the fibromyaglia diet, a lot of it is made with spelt flour, which I'll check the co-op and see if they sell any.
My friend Sarah went to church camp this week and asked me to check her mail a few times when she was gone. She left Sunday, this is Tuesday night, so I picked up yesterday and today's mail. The lights we on, the windows were open...I reached in through the window and unlocked the door so I could shut the place up and realized her bird was still there and hasn't eaten for probably several days. So I brought it home with me until she gets back.
Wayne left a message on my phone today that someone hit his car and he was out looking at body shops today. I don't know the details, but he hasn't returned any calls. Since he was out and about, I assume he's not in the hospital or anything.
Math exam tomorrow, should be fine, but I've been sick so I'm not as prepared as I should be. I only need and 84 to maintain my A though.
