Challenge ONE-HUNDO-BABY
We've made it to 100 challenges! Whee! To celebrate, we'll be doing things a little different this week (idea blatantly stolen from ev_indulgence but emeraldsolitude suggested it so NYEAH)You must take an older icon that you just totally dislike and "make it better." Obviously you must use the same picture, but beyond that just create a better over-all icon. So you can take,

Set I: New - The black and white double of her face in the old icon looked a bit strange. I don't like the text in the new icon, but the cropping in it is nicer and the green coloring makes it stand out even more.
Set I: New- The icon isn't overly dark or oversharpened. Also, the coloring is much softer.
Set I: new (I like the crop)
Set I:NEW (The coloring and cropping is great! I also like the half-numbers texture. It's original)
Set I: NEW - not a big fan of the text, but I prefer the crop and color
Set I: old: I really love both icons, but the old one has a clearer, sharper image which looks better overall, however I love the crop in the second one.
Set M:I like both but the best icon will be new textures looks nice
Set M:NEW (This one TOTALLY spells [info]emeraldsolitude. LOL. I like both. I'm almost tie on this. I decided on the new one because of the colors. I like them very much)
Set M: Old - The cropping and light texture on the new icon are great, but the coloring is a bit too green and the text placement is awkward. Overall I'd say the old icon is better. :)
Set M: New- I like the crop of the icon and textures used.
Set M: new (I like the more interesting crop and the textures go well together)
Set M: NEW - i don't like the brush/texture on the old one and the new crop is great.
Set M: new: the crop is very uniqe, and the texture adds a really nice effect. the text is also well placed and suits the icon perfectly.
