(no subject)
So, I just deleted that other post because it melded with another post I never posted...Odd. I don't have all the nuances of this down yet.
Anyway - what I was trying to say in the post I want to put out there is this. Are iPods not the coolest? Just got one a couple of weeks ago and I am totally enthralled. I also and entranced with iTunes. And having videos, tv shows and movies on said iPod? How neat is that? I downloaded my favorite episode of 24 (S01EP24). Took me over
3 days to do so because I am still on dial up. (Fixed that though - going to high speed next Friday - WOOT for me!)
So, the point of this post? The 24 Remix EP I found on iTunes. OMG is it cool! I'm sure you all have already heard it and are probably thinking "Whatever - 2 years late" but still. I adore the remixes! The Benny Benassi "Lifesucks" version makes me want to dance with glow sticks. LOL The Towa Tei version just makes me happy with the signature "sniff" and heavy breathing. I turn 14 when I hear that. LOL
Can't wait to find what else I've been missing out on - especially when I get high speed internet and can watch YouTube some where other than work...LOL I may never sleep again.
And just as a side, though I don't think anyone would care - I don't know if I can finish my story after this week's episode of 24. Tony doesn't deserve Jack! Damn it all to hell. But then again, that's not what writers do, is it? I have to go back to the moment in time I set the story in, not the here and now because that's not where it is. Still. I have to stop being pissed at Tony first.
