SO TODAY OR SHOULD I SAY YESTERDAY, TERRI SCHIAVO THE POOR WOMAN KEPT ALIVE FOR TOO MANY YEARS FINALLY DIED. PERSONALLY I AM VERY HAPPY THAT SHE HAS FINALLY BEEN ABLE TO GO ON. I DON'T KNOW HOW HER PARENTS COULD HAVE KEPT HER ALIVE FOR SO LONG. I KNOW THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WITH MY MOM. IT WAS WEIRD ENOUGH TO SEE HER FOR THE SHORT TIME AFTER HER HEART ATTACK. I KNEW IT WASN'T HER REALLY THERE. SHE HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON. I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE MY MOM LIKE THAT FOR SIXTEEN YEARS. THAT IS SIMPLY PROLONGING THE GRIEVING PROCESS. YEAH SOMEONE DYING IS AN AWFUL THING BUT IT IS ALSO AN INEVITABLE THING. WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE SOMEDAY AND YOU CAN'T BEAT IT. ALTHOUGH WITH TODAY'S MEDICINE WE CAN KEEP PEOPLE ALIVE FOR AS LONG AS WE WANT BUT THAT'S JUST PLAIN SELFISH. ONCE SOMEONE HAS NO CHANCE AT GETTING BETTER THAN THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO BUT LET THEM GO. OKAY I'M DONE. I JUST WANTED TO GET THAT OUT CUZ IT WAS BOTHERING ME AND I WAS THINKING ABOUT IT AFTER TALKING ABOUT IT WITH MY BROTHER.
