Complete randomness...
... While I wait for iOS4 to d/l (OMG - this thing is effing GIANT) I present to you a post I have titled:
RANDOMNESS
1. My boss is both over micromanaging and so overwhelmed by actual work that she has trouble following what I'm saying re: fairly normal/basic questions.
Exhibit A: Today I went in to one of the "in progress schedules." Rather, I tried. There were two docs with pretty much the same title saved 5 hours apart from each other. I took a screenshot and sent it to my boss and said, "Do you know which of these is the actual working schedule for 4th of July week?" and her reply, I'm not even kidding, was, "????." WITH THE PERIOD, YOU GUYS. o.O
2. Father's day was nice - we spoiled the crap out of my dad, but. Given the shit storm of the first 9 days of this month (plus the last 2 days of May - you got me: ELEVEN DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL) I think he earned it. ;) He had lobster. I made a cake, which OMG - awesomest cake ever!

3. My stained glass piece is SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE that I can practically taste it! I'm so pleased with it!

Now, this is a piece I made in college. In both pictures if you look carefully under the glass you can see some of the pattern, and some of the pieces have Xs in them - if a piece has an X in it it means when it FELL TEN FEET ON TO CONCRETE that piece broke. In 2001.
This thing has been my stained glass albatross, but like I said - NEARLY DONE, YAY!!! :) \o/
4. I possibly have had entirely too much dairy AND too many veggies today. My tummy is highly displeased.
And now it appears my iPhone is rebooting, so.... I think it's nearly done updating? Sweet jeebus, it's been at it for nearly an hour and I want my toy phone back!! ;)
