It's 11:15pm and J's mom and sister are flying back to Toronto tomorrow morning after a whirlwind week-long first visit to Australia. I was a bit scared to meet the family before they arrived, but turned out we got along fine. I've been blessed with my partners in the past and my partner now - they've all had amazing families that accept me in as one of them. It's really touching to me when people i have no real relation to treat me the same as they do their own daughter. Anyway, yeah, tired. Was in Sydney for 24 hours over the weekend. Was awesome, as always. Having lots of late nights and early mornings - tomorrow i'm back to the airport for the 4th time in the last 6 days. Melbourne airport is WAY too far out of town. I'm completely fried trying to work long days too. But eh. It's worth it, right? This is the real deal, these guys are gonna be my family for the rest of my life.
