When you walk in your front door, which room do you enter?
The L-shaped great room that starts off as an all-purpose living room (book shelves and shoe rack and clothes drying rack) then merges into a family room (TV, DVDs, CDs etc) and the study (computer, synthesizers).
Do you have a dishwasher?
No. The only time i have was when i lived in the States for a year.
Is your living room carpeted or does it have hardwood floors?
Carpet.
Do you keep your kitchen knives on the counter or in a drawer?
In a drawer. I only ever use a chef's knife and paring knife.
House, apartment, duplex or trailer?
Apartment.
How many bedrooms is it?
One.
Gas stove or electric?
Gas.
Do you have a yard?
No, but my balcony/patio is pretty big.
What size TV is in the living room?
Can't remember but i think it's a 19" CRT. Not huge, but affordable.
Are your plates in the same cupboard as your cups?
Yep. I only have about 3 cups though.
Is there a coffee maker sitting on your kitchen counter?
There's a french press coffee plunging thing, yeah.
What room is your computer in?
In the aforementioned L-shaped great room, in the study section.
Are there pictures hanging in your living room?
Yep, an art photo of theda_b, a Patrick Nagel print, an original painting of M's, a fractal print of S's and some original painting that i have no clue where it came from (possibly another of M's?) My next arty purchase is going to be a Jason Brooks print.

Blue carpets, red furniture, contemporary.
What kind of laundry detergent do you use?
Earth's Choice.
Do you use dryer sheets?
I've never had a dryer except - again - in America.
Do you have any curtains in your home?
No, all the window dressings in the house are reddish wooden blinds.
What colour is your fridge?
White.
Is your house clean?
Not right now because the road was being torn up for a few days to re-lay tram tracks so there was dust everywhere. Been waiting for it to die down before vacuuming and wiping the surfaces etc.
Which room is the most neglected?
The bedroom.
Are the dishes in your sink/dishwasher clean or dirty?
I don't leave dishes in the sink, i wash them as soon as i'm done.
How long have you lived in your home?
Mid-2006.
Where did you live before?
Shared a crappy two bedroom apartment in South Yarra.
Do you have one of those fluffy toilet lid covers on your toilet?
No.
Do you have a scale anywhere in your house?
No.
How many mirrors are in your house?
One in the bathroom and the doors of the built-ins are mirrors too.

Plain white ceiling.
Do you have a garage?
Technically there is a parking spot that goes with this apartment. In reality the owner rents it out separately to suburban commuters willing to pay stupid amounts of money.
