Initiation
Tomorrow morning, I'm going to be on the other side of initiation for the first time. There was another one after mine last semester, but I couldn't go to it because it was on a Monday night (I had Wind Ensemble rehearsal), so I'm fairly new at this. I'm kind of worried about looking like an idiot and everything, because I've really only been to my one rehearsal (and part of another one), but I think I should be okay -- I'll just follow along with what everyone else is doing. Oh, and, in case you forgot, here are the rules for tomorrow morning (we have to be there at 9:15): wear white undergarments, wear white socks, no makeup, no jewelry, no nail polish, hair worn down, no contacts (I really won't be able to see with my glasses on, but oh well), etc. So, basically we have to be "pure." It's just all part of the ritual.
