This past weekend dylan and I went to his aunt's wedding on Theatus Island. We had a great time. Free food, free alcohol, lots of good company, and dylan and I got to have the "cottage" [really just a small house], and a very comfortable air mattress, to ourselves.
However, even though the trip was more than pleasing, I have just found out that asami is or was in town. I have been trying to phone her ever since I got back last night but all I get is that 3 year old answering machine message with which I feel stupid speaking to. I can't get a hold of anyone else either so I feel that I may have missed my chance, and in that case I might as well go stick my head in the ground and wait for 2 weeks to pass.
Nothing much else has been going on. I need to look for more work, get my license, and pester my employer to actually pay me what I am owed for June.
