Had a patron come in today:
"Put me on hold for Anne Coulter's new book."
"Um, I'm not sure she's come out with one all that recently..."
"Sure she has, just a few months ago, put me down."
"Do you have the title?"
"Yeah, The Scarpella Fracture"
"You mean... The Scarpetta Factor... by Patricia Cornwell?"
"She write mysteries?"
"Yes, ma'am."
"That's the one I mean. ."
You really gotta wonder about people sometimes. Do they really even know/have much interest in what they're reading?
