Maybe It's Not A Partial Transformation.
Dora was confused as she felt the power of change go through her. She looked down at herself. Her clothes were fine, but she had scales all over her body. She heard the back of her dress rip as she felt the wings sprout on her back. She frowned and walked back to her room and looked in the mirror. She looked like she had gone through a partial transformation. However, she had never kept her bone structure so similar before.
She had scales all over her body and her eyes were reptile and so were her teeth and tongue. Small horns on her forehead and fin like ears. She had small wings on her back and she saw she had a tail. Clawed hands as well.
"Don't I usually get bulky when I change? Why did I stop? Why did I start?" Dora murmured.
"AH! He found the amulet! Run for your lives!" She heard one of the servants scream outside.
Dora's eyes widened. "No!" She gasped and rushed outside. She looked around and saw her brother. However, instead of the triumphant or arrogant look she expected, she saw confusion. He was in a partial transformation, but he didn't seem like he started it.
"You don't have the amulet." Dora said after she noticed he really didn't. "So how are you changing?"
"What are you talking about?" Aragon demanded. "If I found the amulet, you think you'd still be here? Why is some random cat...thing ghost yelling that I do?" Aragon demanded, gesturing to where the scream had come from.
Indeed there was some form of humanoid cat curled up in a corner. They were also wearing one of her hand maidens clothes.
Dora frowned. "Okay? Something is wrong here." She said and walked back into her room. "Very, very wrong."
"Answer my question!" Aragon yelled after her.
"Be patient while I find out what it is!" Dora yelled back and got online. Hopefully I can.
