yeah..
so maybe i should update... i haven't in a very long time :/
not much has been going on really... apart from the change from berwick dental surgery to endeavour hills dental surgery... its much better where i am now.. not so busy :)
also, my boss doesn't actually work at the place, so as long as i do what im supposed to.. i'm free to do whatever i like.
some of you know, i went to the doctors this week just gone after a dentist at my work noticed how my hands shake and said i should get it checked out.. well i did.. and im pretty glad i did.
so here i am after the doctor has seen me sitting in another room waiting for the nurse whos there on certain days... waiting for an ECG and blood to be taken for tests.
she walks in, tells me to strip down to nothing on my top half, lays me down on a bed and continues to set me up for an ecg.. ive never seen this done before.. i was a little nervous.
she sticks these little tabs to my body.. one on each wrist, each ankle and several placed around my heart (in which she had to dig her fingers into my ribs to find gaps so she could get a clear reading... ouch
:(..) i lay as still as i possibly can for a minute and its done... i put my clothes back on and sit in a chair ready to be poked with a needle.. i freaked a little bit but i think i handled it pretty well.
oh back to the ecg... nurse scared me a bit... when i said i hadnt seen this done before she replied "oh.. well it doesnt get done very often.. only when the doctor has suspicions" (GREAT)
so anyways i left and was ready for my appointment monday morning...
saturday morning.. i get a call from the doctors... "amber its so n so from perfect health medical centre... we just got your results in.. dr. (insert asian name here) knows you have an appointment monday morning with him.. but he's asked me to call you and see if you can come in today? he'd like to discuss your results"
so i went in an hour after she called and saw him...
he babbled on for a bit about random things... told me my iron levels are a bit low, something to do with chronic infection and inflammation was a bit high.. basically explains why i get sick so easy.
and then he told me.. that i have a blockage in the right side of my heart... should be able to be fixed with medication but hes sending me to a cardiologist first.. just for closer inspection..
i will be fine..
anyways... thats the only bit of news i have really...
