Life sucks at times....
Well I didn't get to see my Ev concert.... I was not allowed into Canada because of a legal entanglement from 22 fucking years ago. Never had a problem before, always whisked right thru, but this time T did not have all the proper paper so we had to go thru immigration and I was denied entry...sigh. Out about 250 bucks for tickets and cancellation fees for the room I'd booked.Then on top of that, it appears I have a wisdom tooth trying to come in sideways....started hurting a bit Thursday night and has been building in pain all weekend.
On the plus side however, T and I did have a great weekend :) Stayed a night in Bellingham, had a fabulous dinner and drove around seeing all of T's old haunts when she went to school there. Gambled a bit in a casino, she won....I didn't :) Had another great dinner and got home Friday evening instead of Sat. Then basically just hung out, watched movies the rest of the weekend. Course my damn tooth was getting worse as the weekend went on.... But went to the dentist today, got all checked out and xrayed, refered off to an oral surgeon and best of all got some penicillin to knock the swelling down and vicodan for the pain. Hehe, took 2 vicodan about 45 min ago and am starting to feel kinda floaty :)
So there you go, the saga of my big weekend. T was wonderful, without her I could have gotten really depressed over the whole thing, but she turned it into an adventure and made me smile over it all :)
