Powder puff

I am on a quest. So far it seems to be a futile quest but I am still determined. I am in search of an old school powder puff, like for body powder. I know it isn't hip and is thought to be something that grandmas use, which makes sense because I remember my mom always having one. However, I really need one. I don't need the fancy fragrant powders. I want the puff to help me apply a delicate coating of powder to the necessary places instead of squirting from the bottle & leaving my carpet looking like it has a coke problem. Or having so much in my cleavage that it gets crumbly when I sweat.

I want to control quantity & location. I need a powder puff. I just can't find one anywhere.
