Let's see...Friday was miserable, I had Amelia Saturday. Sunday I was sleep deprived from having a sleep over with Amelia. However I did vacuum my sister's entire house so I consider that a bit of a workout.

Monday I returned my rental, said goodbye to my car and didn't do much for the rest of the day. Took a good nap. Watched more costume dramas and ate some s'mores. Yes, I broke down on Sunday when I was doing grocery shopping and bought the items needed to make gooey s'mores. Perhaps I are too many but oh well.

Yesterday, Tuesday, was a bit of a waste. I had marshmallows for breakfast. Took a piss poor nap & woke up with a headache. Around 5:30 I forced myself to go out for a walk even though I wasn't really feeling it. I still had the headache. The weather was very fine so I thought I would at least do a short route. I got a little motivated and did short bursts of jogging. I'm SO not a runner but it was good to get my heart rate up for those little stretches since I was doing a short route. Came home and relaxed for the rest of the evening.

Today I had to get up early and went to Sue's school to help out in her library. When we got home & had dinner it started raining. No walk for me. Perhaps I'll be motivated to do some trampoline or dancing around.

Back at it tomorrow.
