the middle of the end
So I sit here in the library, with livejournal somehow unblocked(!), which was a rather sudden, but welcome surprise, and I think, What in the world are you doing here?!?! No seriously, I could probably get more work done at home, I should be watching my sister object, there's no temptation of internet usage, its boring except for aforementioned internet, and there's no one to talk to! Why'd you all have to leave?! At least when there still was summer school, I could still run out and talk with some of you, but now, 3-4 solid hours of sheer solitude, but there's still the community service hours, which makes up for much, i suppose
And, I'm still trudging thru the molasses of summer work, here's the latest update:
Euro AP
-Finished reading/outlining Chapters 3-9, working on 11 (don't ask)
Bio AP
-Finished up to Ch. 20, working on 21 and 22
Eng II H
-Mythology: reading Pt 3 (Hercules)
-Bible: still in Genesis (sooo incredibly dull)
-Cat's Cradle: halfway thru it
In other news, varsity is getting harder, partially cuz I need some more rest days, fatigue's setting in. Yesterday, we were at...Westlake Elem, and the run was a simple 400, 400, 800, mile, 800, 400, 400, but wow, it was so much harder trying, and failing miserably, to keep up with Anthony, Jordan, and Ryan, though I did keep pace (6 min) on almost everything except the mile, go 6:36 for that. Thennnn...Kennett does his little torture session with us. Hm, gonna be interesting finding someone to give me a ride from practice next two weeks, anyone out there? Really wanna go to Mammoth, sounds like so much fun...
