my boyfriend's exwife called, said she needs $20 for gas. they have a son together and she has to take him to school. mind you it's "daycare" not school and she's not even working... she is 8.5 months pregnant with some one else. he said ok i will send you a money order. she got all mad because he wont spend $15.99 to western union it immediately.

If it's that bad, can't he contest that she is an unfit parent and get custody? Seriously need to start taping those conversations.

how can you tape them from a cell phone? it would be hard for my bf to have their son, he works 60 hours a week and i work too. we couldn't afford the daycare. she lives in Tennessee and we stay in Houston. Plus we have a baby on the way. I told him though to ask her to send Daniel here while she adjusts to the newborn. She said no. My bf is working on citizenship right now.. he's not completely legal, that's why he can't get full custody. She knows he doesn't have many legal rights and she exploits that. She is a super bitch.

Some cell phones have an option to record conversations. I've accidentally taped some conversations on mine. They don't last terribly long, but may they don't need to.
