Pt and the Docs were reasonably fun today. I guess even though I've only been doing my PT once a day that's good enough.

The doc says I can walk, but just to remember that it'll take a while for my muscles to get stronger, so I should stay aware.

My physical therapists says that running my excercises once a day is fine. I took my straight legging from four to two (with the goal being 0), and my range of motion from 91 to 114 (with the goal being 130-140).
