i cooked a lovely dinner! pasta, fine green beans, peas, asparagus (sorry environmentalists - a sticker reminded me of the air miles) spring onions, garlic, chicken stock, lemon juice/rind, ...at first it's boring but then you really appreciate the subtle flavors
not that expensive; buy the beans and peas frozen.
