Jealousy, I has it
I am...unreasonably jealous of these people.
I mean...how much gumption does it take to just sell everything you own and take off for another continent? Especially with kids. Jesus, I can't imagine getting rid of my computer, let alone half of the other crap currently cluttering up my tiny apartment.
I'm way too structure-oriented to be able to do that: I actually need a job so that I have a set schedule every day, so that I can pay my bills on time and keep a good credit rating and random, stupid crap like that. But damn if it isn't appealing to think of chucking it all and taking off for Europe indefinitely.
Certainly beats spending endless minutes standing at my desk trying to organize all of the thousands of random little things I need to get done before I leave (and which I will, of course, completely forget by the time I get back in a week).
