I loathe running for the sake of running, and my all-out effort tonight pulled me though 3 miles (with a sprint at the end which amazed me) but damn near killed me. Guess I'll carb up this week, get my emergency energy gel, and possibly take my dad up on his advice to drink a jar of honey before the run. Yeah, a JAR of HONEY. Jesus.
