1 Double espresso: served with a scoop of icecream for sweetness and as a substitute for milk (it was early, no double short black for me thankyou). This will combat exhaustion and temporarily allow the user to persist with their job a little more successfully - as expected in this modern world.
1 pack twisties: there is never a good reason to eat twisties. However, when deciding it /is/ a good time for twisties, eat quickly so you cannot rethink this decision half way through. The therapeudic benefits of twisties will cancel some less favourable effects of coffee - see IBS.
1 plate 'chilli', parmesan and sundried tomato pasta with a touch of tomato 'salsa': Carbs. They fill you up temporarily. Give you energy. The other stuff is decoration. Fancy that, there's rocket in there too!
1 big salad: Toss some rocket, sprouts, corn, capsicum, mushrooms and mungbeans with some balsamic vinegar. The healing properties of this is not quite yet proven, but it tastes fresh and will make you feel less bad about the tater tots that could have been on top of afforementioned spaghetti - don't tell your nutritionist/doctor about that one, they'll punish you with something in the vein of cod-liver oil... no one likes fish juice.
1 Diet Coke: You can never get enough caffiene. Run with it. Take as required.
Kick arse lunch as far as I'm concerned... how often can you say that about College food? Wahoo!
P.S. If you find that this diet is lacking somewhat in the afternoon, take a piece of fruit or a cookie... will do wonders for the complexion.
