Car wreck, with side of contractions
So on tuesday, I took anna out of school to go down to portland and have a belated birthday. We went to mall and out to lunch. About 4:30 we were returning from Clackamas mall on freeway, and were stopped in traffic. We had been stopped for a while. Out of no where, we were hit from behind. The car never braked and was going about 40-45mph. anna and I were taken out of car on backboards, michael and Jason refused medical treatment so me and belle could receive the care. The car hit us so hard, the saturn was actually in our trunk. I started having contractions, and had severe back pain. Anna and I were transported to Legacy Emmanual in Portland for treatment. Anna has muscle strain and pain in her neck, back, and arm. I was admitted for contractions and monitorred to make sure I wasnt going into labor. I am now home, but off of work. I am on oxycodone and flexiril for pain and muscle spasms. And I am offically off of work until i go get evaluated by OB/Gyn on tuesday. I am on bed rest. COntractions have lessened, but if I do too much they start again. So I am really
having to take it easy. Baby looks fine, they did in depth ultra sound to make sure that the placenta was still attatched and baby was doing well. guess wont be going to portland for a while. now my daughter is afraid to go in car, and I am having nightmares about being in car crash and not being able to help anna. I didnt even know how bad car wreck was until I got home and saw damage.
