Kevin Foley was murdered Thursday night/Friday morning. His body was found Friday morning at a cemetery in Westbrook. Shot in the head, twice. He was 58.
Kevin was my neighbor. He lived right around the corner from me. Two of his kids graduated from PHS last year. I saw him walking his dog Chloe all the time. Almost everytime I'd be out on a walk with Charlie, he'd be out on a walk with Chloe, and we'd stop and talk about school and what I'm doing this summer and college and all that type of stuff. I actually remember sometime last week when I was walking Charlie and listening to music, and we stopped and talked, and afterwards I was thinking how nice it is to have a neighbor like that, that I can just stop and talk to for a little while.
