I can't remember if I said this before or not, but my birthday was great!
I find myself wishing I could afford to come home for the holidays. This will be my first christmas away. It kind of brings back the feelings of being lonely again. I miss the snow and the decorations on houses and in yards. I miss the idea of scooping up a snow ball on xmas day and throwing it at my cousins and then having a cup of hot coco. Going over to Mike and Vicki's to say happy chanukkah, watching them light the candles. It just isnt the same. Hell we don't even have a christmas tree...not even a baby one. It just doesn't feel much like the holiday season.
Talk about not feeling the holiday season. I bought a new bathing suit yesterday, my old one just doesn't fit so well any more. I went for a swim last week and my bottoms almost came off. Speaking of which, I think I might go sit in the hot tub/spa for a little while.
