Poll Weekend Comparison: Wizard of Oz/Tin Man

Trivia - The Wizard of Oz: # Producer Mervyn LeRoy had originally intended to use MGM's Leo the Lion in the role of the Cowardly Lion and dub an actors voice in for the dialogue. However, that idea was dropped when Bert Lahr came up for consideration for the part.

Trivia - Tin Man: Not counting DG, only four characters are referred to on screen by the same (or similar) names to their analogous characters in the original book and 1939 film: Toto, Police Officer Gulch (a reference to Miss Gulch, a character in the 1939 film), The Grey Gale, and Wyatt Cain. Cain is called "tin man" several times by other characters, most notably Glitch when Glitch says "have a heart, tin man"
