Too bad the American DVD/Blu-Ray subtitles have been poorly simplified from the theatrical version:

How godawful! I'm glad I watched it with an unofficial sub from a native Swede. Sometimes with wrong English grammar but all the subtleties are in there.

The upside: magnolia is fixing it, eventually. Second and all future pressings will say "English Subtitles (Theatrical)" on the back, although the first pressing has to sell out first.

The downside: magnolia doesn't really give a shit, and they won't be offering any kind of replacement program for those who already bought it.
