i agree. my sister, older than me actually, loves dr. seuss, all of the books, and we used to watch this movie every year. we have a grinch doll whose heart lights up, and i just bought her the enhanced dvd for christmas.

i love jim carey, but he did ruin the remake.

Loved it. I'm a dr. suess fan to begin with, and the movie's just... perfect. Remake was horrible, but we won't grudge the original for that.
