I really like little notebooks to, well, keep notes in. Definitely keep your LJ posted when you have the website up and some products laid out in whatever storefront you set up.
The "fancy" little notebooks and diaries I see at Barnes and Noble always struck me as being really high margin items ($20 for two little tiny books, really?), so maybe you can horn in on that market some too. Find a partner (or do it yourself) that does the burned leather design thing, and kick out awesome one-of-a-kind personalized journals. All kinds of possibilities.
