update!
I keep getting on here expecting to update, but then nothing really ever seems worth talking about. But, I'm just gonna update anyways, cause it's been a while (and it will give you guys something to do).
Patrick has come home the past 2 weekend, and it's been great! :) I love that boy. Enough said.
I've been working Vacation Bible School at my church this week. I have younger 1-yr. olds, and all 5 of them are precious. I might post some pics on here later, cause they are just that cute.
The first swim meet of this years season was last night, and although I have been retired from the team for the 2nd year now, I still love that atmosphere. It's not summertime without the Tuesday night swim meets. Little kids running around everywhere, the announcer repeatedly calling "swimmer on the blocks....take your mark....::BUZZZ::" I love it. And I'm even more excited, because I realized last night that Patrick's neices (Laney and Taylor) are now on the swim team. So, they get to join in on the excitement as well. It's gonna be great. Kelli Parks came last night too, which was fun.
Me and Kelli have hung out a few times lately. She's a fun gal. One night we went and ate dinner at TipTop grill, sat around and talked for 2 hours, then came to my house and hung around till about midnight. It was a lot of fun.
BUT, for now...I'm going to eat some dinner with Ms. Ann Noble Carlton, because it has been too long since I've seen that girl. We got lots of catching up to do.
