I have been for a whole day now.

It feels like there is a hole in my chest, and nothing is going to fill that hole.

I'm not entirely sure what's wrong, dear. I will tell you that there are so many people that care, so many people that are here to help you.
You'd be suprised a lot of times to find out who they all are, but people are here. If you need something - ask. If you think it's nothing that anyone can help with - ask.
