In a nutshell...
1. Read from Reg's earlier blog that Anne Bancroft died... hmmm... I know nuts about her but have seen her in bits roles in a number of other movies... wasn't she the one in Great Expectations?
2. Neil Gaiman is coming to Singapore! 5 July... Yay! I'm so gonna stalk him at the book-signing event and make him sign his book, my Tori tourbook(which he wrote the intro) and my Strange Little Girls CD(which he wrote the impersonation Tori did for the girls)...
3. I have a rock-hard cast on my left foot up to my calves. Professor Nasdeh said "We have to immobilise you, you energizer bunny. No more exercises for you these 3 weeks!" Jane Fonda has left the house... *sob sob* I did a bit of calculation and said "Er, does that mean it'll be removed on 4 July? I need to catch Neil Gaiman on 5 July! So Please make sure you remove it by 4 July!"
4. Mum nearly had a stroke, and my 2 brothers are pointing their fingers at me. I was like "Hello, look at me, do I look like I cooked those kind of food and indulge in her non-existent exercise regime?!" Truth is mum has been a couch potatoes for the longest time and she thinks washing clothes is a form of exercise.
5. Exit old boss. Enter new boss. The SLAVE DRIVER. Now, thats an understatement.
6. I'm still trying to reiterate to myself that looks on the outside is superfical, inner beauty is everlasting.
7. I can wear bermudas and polo tops to work for the next 3 weeks. Thanks to the fucked-up cast on my left foot, what better excuse eh?! Time to adjust my wardrobe for summer. Woo hoo...! I am counting to the day I can remove the cast and scratch the hell out of my left foot.
8. Still staring wide-eyed at my credit card bill with a gravity-sunken jaw at the amount I've spent in Perth... can't imagine if we didn't get free lodging from Jeff.
9. Made a total of $260+ for medical claims. Take that, accounting bitches in the accounting department! Muahahahaha... *evil* Absolutely hate them when they make things difficult for purchases!
10. Last but not least... I am looking forward to the next episode of Lost... beautiful cast, breathtaking scenery, wicked storylines, kick-ass combination! JJ Abrams(creator of Felicity and Alias) is a genius!
