I was up until 5 again, although the last hour was admittedly spent around making this. I think I like my first attempt from almost a year ago a bit better, despite some discordance and random forays into major keys

According to my pro audio friend it's bad for me to tell, but FL Studio. The reason being people tend to grab preset loops, add some effects and call it good. But I make my own loops, so... yeah.

No worries about me snatchin' anything... I don't make music. My ears know what I like, but I can't even make a fart that sounds good. ;P

LOL no I wasn't worried about snatching, his beef was just that the majority of people used the loops the program provides (like an already put-together beat or a combo of sounds) by picking a few, throwing them together, and then adding a few extra effects. After which they'd post everything and call themselves composers. So essentially they did very little work, produced not very good stuff, and then strutted about proclaiming they were super great. Kinda like someone who draws stick figures and then proclaims themselves a great artist.

It let to what seems to be a general hatred for FL Studio. I was a little sad when that's what he thought I'd done, but oh well.

I'm glad you enjoyed them, at least!
