Still Buzzing
I'm still weirded out about actually buying a freaking house... I mean... Damn... With the 15 year mortgage it will be paid off a few years before my retirement goal of age 45...
I bought it out of foreclosure with nearly 10,000 down... I already have 28,000 in equity in it from the day we move in...
3 bedroom, 2 bath... I've always promised myself that my child would NOT grow up like I did. Now, I can pretty much guarantee she won't. No single wide roach infested trailer. No lazy parents. No parental fights at midnight. No going a day or two without eating.
Last year I made * This Post*. I can honestly hold my head freaking high and say that I have reached every single one of those goals and then some. God blessed me with the drive and determination as well as the opportunities to break down every single one of those boundaries, and I did just that.
