Amorisa had graduated from Hogwarts 3 months ago and was now living with her boyfriend Adrian Devlin. Because her boyfriend had not been with her the last year at Hogwarts, her 'lessons' from Adrian on what views to follow to survive in his society. "Discuss?" Adrian looked up distractedly from his work. "I don't know. I thought you might like to go out and pick some things out for the house. Decorations? Make the place feel more like your own," he said simply.

He enjoyed having Amorisa with him but was noticing a remaining bit of resistance from her. Perhaps if he worked to make her comfortable she'd come along the rest of the way on her own. Best not to push just now.

"I did that earlier this morning. They are all tasteful mind you, and anything you dislike I can take back and exchange. This is your house first and foremost Adrian, I'm just happy to live with you." She was too. She enjoyed being able to wake up with him every morning and go to bed with him (and more) at night.

"I was thinking...you could tell me more about the Dark Lord..." Amorisa said politley. She wasnt stupid, she knew Adrian was a follower of the Dark lord, and she wanted to make him happy. She was afraid. "You still wish for me to pledge my alligence to him, do you not?"

He raised an eyebrow at her, ignoring his work fully now. "The Dark Lord isn't a simple conversation topic, love." He looked back to his papers briefly to straighten them and set them aside. "I wish you wouldn't speak of him so casually."

"I know, and I appologize, I am really trying not to talk about him casually. I know you wish me to pledge my loyalty to him. I want to Adrian, believe me I do, but I'm so afraid...so unsure of so many things." She had done so well in listening to his consuel on other topics, but The Dark Lord was another matter entirely. She didn't know why, many of her relatives and Adrian's family were supporters of the Dark Lord. "I just wish I knew what to do. While making you and myself happy in the situation"

"I am happy with the situation, pet. So long as you're not opposed to him, we have no quarrel. I assure you he doesn't expect your service."

It was an old topic of conversation and Adrian was beginning to tire of it. Her annoying tendency to cling to her Muggle side wasn't going away like he'd hoped it would.

"But thats just it, Adrian. I have decided to offer my loyalty to the Dark Lord. I will not take the mark like you, but he has my loyalty and service in any way he should need it." She conjured up two classes of tea and began to sip hers thoughtfully. "What has embarcing my mother and father's beleifs got me? Nothing. Many of the people that matter to me, are atleast friendly to The Dark Lord's side." Granted there was a few like Colin and Naia who werent. She'd never let them know that she supported him. She'd never treat them differently.

"I want to show him my support Adrian."

"That's a very dangerous path, pet. I'd prefer you steered clear of it. Don't offer what he's not attempting to take if you don't want to become one of the circle."

If she stayed off the radar all together Adrian would be far happier. She need only agree that his was the right path and all would be well. Adrian didn't want her getting caught up in the war, not when her blood status could be called into question and made to complicate things.

Amorisa nodded in understanding. It warmed her to some degree to know that he wanted to protect her and keep her safe. "Just know that I, support him, and I support you supporting him."

Amorisa walked behind him and placed her hand on his shoulders, and kissed his cheek lightly. "I've enjoyed living with you Adrian. I'm glad you asked me."

Her parents hadn't been happy that she moved in with Adrian, and anytime she saw them, it was forced conversation.

"Any word from the Minster on your father's sentece?" Amorisa asked, the tinest hint of curiousty in her voice. "Did they decide if it was a life time sentece yet?"

Amorisa shouldn't of been so happy at Nicolas' arrest, but, she was.
