My plan is to try to not weigh myself for at least a week now so I dont become to paranoid about my weight. I do admit I feel a bit better this way than normal, but im afraid I will just maintain or worse gain weight because I'm not sure at this point how big I am. I was thinking about just wearing my normal jeans and just restrict until they start to look baggy on me and then weigh in then. Idk I hope I see some loss on next Sunday.
I kinda gave up on the veggie and fruit thing today because my family is running out of fruit and veggies and I don't want to eat them up because then I will just feel guilty about it. So my new plan is to eat just 2 cups of plain cheerios a day with water/diet coke/sugar free red bull until the weekend. Its good because it is only 100cals per cup. I had 1 cup in a little baggy for breakfast and im planning on having another for lunch at school with a diet coke. If I feel light headed of tired later I will drink some plain tea or an energy drink.
