It was insane!!
My weekend was amazing - absolutely amazing, you guys!! I hope you all had an equally good time.
I went back to my high school and watched a football game with Danny, who was in town from Tucson. I tried to explain to him how much UofA sucks, but he wouldn't hear any of it. Well I had fun and my sweet Dobson kicked ass!!
Saturday was the day of all days. It started with me working at another ASU game. We played Oregon State and apparently they're good, REALLY good. We got our asses handed to us, only scoring one touchdown....
So I left that to go to EdgeFest. The ULTIMATE concert!!! I went with my friends Steven and Seth and my love, Adam. It was really great having my boy meet my ASU friends. I'm trying to integrate him into my college life more. So the festival had 3 of my favorite bands, Incubus, Jack's Mannequin and 30 seconds to mars. They were all so amazing! I love it when I discover that my favorite band really DOES sing great live! I loved Jack's Mannequin so much, I said I wanted to find their tour bus, get on and get naked, but I guess that kinda thing would get me arrested? I dunno. Great idea though..
Oh my gosh when 30 seconds to mars came on, we all got as close to the stage as possible.....awful idea. Jared Leto commanded everyone to start moshing and crowd surfing and pushing eachother around. Since Jared said it, everyone did it. I almost died, you guys. I was cheering and whatever for 30 seconds to mars when I feel something hit my in the head. It's some guys fat fucking foot. Some crowd surfer fell like right on top of me!! It was so insane! A water bottle also hit me in the shoulder. It was so crazy and Steven and Adam had never been to a concert before so they were like, "OH SHIT!" hahahaha
After this whole deal, we were famished. "Where can we eat great, late?" In-N-Out of course!
Oh my gosh, never in my has a cheeseburger tasted so delicious, meaty, cheesy, good.
Then I went home and just crashed until 12om the next morning. It was a most fantastic weekend for sure.
The security wouldn't let us have digital cameras inside, so I took a disposable. When I get those developed, I'll scan 'em and share my amazing EdgeFest time with you all.
