1.Take your pic and  crop it.

2.Duplicate the base.Set to softlight 100%

3.Make a selective coloring layer.Normal 100%.Settings:Reds:-82/29/53/97.
                                                                                                      Neutrals:36/17/29/47

4.Make a brightness/contrast layer.B:-16/C:-19 Normal 100%

5.Duplicate and set to softlight 100%.
