So my life plans are all screwed up.
Well, I've had to revise the plans that I had made for myself.
I was supposed to graduate in May of next year, but my parents are continuing to pressure me into staying the full 4 years. I wasn't really trying to graduate early, I just came in with a ton of credit from high school, and I've consistently been taking 18+ hours a semester, so I basically wasn't going to have anything to do my senior year. Also, I really hate being in the middle of Missouri.
So I decided that if I was going to have to be in school for another year with nothing to do, that I might as well do that somewhere that isn't Missouri. So I'm going to London in the Fall of '09!!! Yay! Colin said that he's checking to see what his school offers in the way of studying abroad. I'd really like it if we could have a flat together and take weekend trips to Paris, etc. We need some time together.
Also, since I'll be done with both my major and minor at the end of next year, I've decided to pick up a new area of study. I'm becoming increasingly interested in the business/advertising side of things, so I'm going to get an additional minor in Marketing/Advertising/PR. I'm looking into a program at AIU where there is some theory involved, but the majority of it is application. So I can take classes in graphics, package design, illustration, etc. I like the idea of this, because I tend to get bored quickly if I can have my hands in a thousand different mediums. Haha.
Anyhow, I don't know if anyone still reads this, but I thought you guys at least deserved an update. (Let me know if you still care, and I'll try to update more often. Haha)
