If we can dream it...
Not a whole lot new to report...Well, there is ONE thing...but I can't say anything until I start the whole process...Well, I could say something, but I don't want to until I know what's going down with it.
Suffice to say that I apply in the next few weeks, and then a few interviews and if it all works out I will be gone from Ny for a few months to a year...I'm rather excited...and terrified. Its the beginnings of what could lead to my dream job. Remember last post how I was talking about how my childhood dreams are all long gone...That was only half true...there was one I was holding on to, but never really took it or myself seriously I guess. Then a week or so ago it hit me "Why not?" so I started poking around and found an internship type deal...And that is all I will say until I have started the whole process and the nerves and everything kick in.
At present moment I am sit/laying on my couch blasting Rory Gallagher on my new turntable...This is my first journey into the Vinyl world...and my third record played today. So far, not too shabby. Could use better speakers...but eh, for a starter, its not too shabby I think.
New lens came for my camera this week, a nice 50mm 1.8...Will be taking it out next week with my lil cousin to the Zoo and see just how badass it is.
Took the final steps of dropping out of Radiology, such a relief. It really wasn't for me.
New mala beads came in today too. Onyx with Moonstone markers and an Amethyst Guru bead...I like it. The tassel could be a bit thicker, and of better material, but whatever...I haven't had beads for so long that I won't complain right now. They're a little longer than I am used to...my old beads were about 4 inches higher up when I wore them, so these will take some getting used to, they're heavier too.
I really want a rum based drink and a cigar right now...
And uh, that's about it from me...
