On thursday I finally went and got my nipple pierced. The right one now has a nice little silver bar through it. I like it a lot, Eli -really- likes it a lot. XD I have to wear a bra all the time while it heals, though. It really doesn't hurt at all unless I don't wear a bra for a period of time or if hot water gets on it. So I have to be careful in the shower and sleep with a bra on. =/ It's worth it, though, sensation has totally gone up 10 fold. I do, however, hope that this chronic hard-nipple-itis will go away. XD
Minimum wage went up, so not the paycheck today, but next, I'll be making 7.15 an hour. It might make the crap Sonic job worth it for a few more months...MIGHT. I can't find another daycare that's open on Saturday's, so I will be forced to stop working on Saturdays. Arg. With the way Becca has been rampaging about, I wouldn't be all that surprised if I got fired, which would be the stupidest thing ever. Not only would I be gettng fired for not being able to work a day, and this would make it to where they loose a worker on 3 days rather than 1, but I'm also one of the only 2 counters that can AND will do their job. Fuckers.
Tanuki, our kitten, is doing quite well, Chii has taken to mothering the hell out of her. She'll scruff her and put her on a pillow to sleep anytime that poor thing even so much as looks in the wrong direction. Chii also keeps trying to let Tanuki nurse... O.o Chii has never ever had a litter, so I'm not quite sure why she's doing this. Not to mention, Tanuki is a bit old for that crap. :P
I've started making website templates for sale on my graphics website. I hope those go over well. =/
