1. Have been reminded that today is better than three years ago. Needed that reminder.
2. Post-fic-posting blues. I always feel like I'LL NEVER WRITE AGAIN or something. It'll pass.
3. Spent today sticking very tiny labels onto very old audio cassettes. Some dating back to the early seventies. a)my fingers are very dry now and b)I feel all misty and nostalgic for mix tapes. The very old audio cassettes are going out to be transferred onto media that is slightly more up to date and less prone to degradation. And listenable. Which is good, as these are all one-of-a-kind recordings. But. TINY LABELS. ALL DAY.
4. Finally finished S2 of Burn Notice the other night. Show just keeps getting more awesome. Need to catch up on S3 now.
5. Supposed to be picking up the common areas of the house in anticipation of roomie's mom visiting tomorrow, but roomie has vanished. Hm. Guess I should start in on the kitchen.
6. Meat Water.
7. I forgot what 7 was for.
8. Remembered! Reading Birds of Prey trades makes me silly happy, because of girls kicking ass despite ridiculous outfits. Read first Hellboy TBP and want to tattoo the art all over my body.
