As part of my own personal anti-Leeds celebration, just watched the last disc of season 5 of HL. Bless Netflix. Anyhow. The special on the 1998 convention seemed a bit silly, don't know why they included it. Maybe if I'd been to a convention it would be different, but I prefer straight interviews or commentary.
And then the PW special. Squee. I could listen to that man read the tax code. Luckily, it was far more interesting than the tax code. Not much new in the way of info, but I did love the last bit where he did the monologue of sorts from Postcards from Alexa. Yum. It's so wonderful and strange really when actors in a show you love are that invested in their characters. The only other example of this I know off-hand is Firefly. I love that PW finds Methos as fascinating as we all do. The writerly juices are flowing after that...
um, that sounded different in my head than it does on the screen... ;)
I must admit my shame - I have not yet seen Brokeback Mountain. Let the stoning begin. It seems like a fannish requirement. Maybe tonight or tomorrow. I usually see at least one movie every couple of weeks, but somehow I have been slacking of late. Blame Netflix, and Six Feet Under.
